What is the best? Rubber bands or free weights

Do you like the workout, but you are confused whether to use resistance bands or free weights? I'll tell you one of them is best.

Most articles dealing with this issue would begin with the benefits of exercise, but I guess you already know that. You read this article because you want to get the best result from your workout, I will not waste your time. So which is better, resistance bands or free weights? I would say that resistance bands are better, but they are not the best! So which is better? You will come to know that soon, just look below.

Resistance bands have a control over free weights. Why? Just consider the points mentioned below:

Immune to Gravity
When using free weights, you work against gravity, and it helps you build muscle. You can build muscle if you keep the upright posture (the shape), and use only the targeted muscles during your workout, but as you all know, the maintenance of upright posture after a few repetitions is difficult you begin to seek the help of other muscles, and use momentum to lift free weights, and thus the effectiveness of the exercise significantly reduced.

You do not have to worry about gravity when using resistance bands, as you work against the resistance of a resilient band rather than gravity! Other muscles are unable to help you when you run out of steam. Exercise tends to be focused on the target area, even after several repetitions, which makes the exercise more effective. Maintain good shape is easy with resistance bands, as they pull you down.

More versatile
Free weights allow free movement. There are several variations you can do using free weights, compared to machines. The progressive resistance that offer free weights, with the variety of exercises you can use them, makes them very popular.

Resistance bands also provide all the benefits of weight training (free movement, progressive resistance, etc.), in addition to this, they also eliminate the severity of restriction from your free motion. This means that you are able to move your hand in any direction while using resistance bands. This is why resistance bands are used by many athletes (boxing, baseball, etc.) during training.
