Two years ago I took a month off and traveled around Australia. It was a good break, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife that stands out as one of my best ever.
I recently went to a mini-break in Rome - I would like to go for a long time - and it was great too. What was great was that there was no need to think about what I eat - I eat all that pasta and pizza, just because I felt like it. However, three days after hiding out of the gym and I could not go too long, not to mention education. I felt even more special because it will be the last holiday before the Olympic Games in London next year.
